Jasmine will be at New Horizons Wellness Services during the spring and summer of 2019. She received her Bachelor in Science degree in 2017 from the University of Arizona in Special Education and Rehabilitation, with a certificate in Developmental Disabilities from the Sonoran University Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Pacific University, expected in August 2020.
Jasmine has experience working with children and adults in a wide variety of settings, from camps to home-care to orphanages abroad to college and employment programs. She is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities in gaining more independence and being able to engage in the activities that are meaningful and important to them.
Jasmine lived in Arizona prior to moving to Oregon for school. In her free time, she loves exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, camping, and cuddling every dog she meets.
