Office Manager/Operations

Julie holds 19 years of administrative expertise including 7 years focusing on business operations and human resources. Prior experience includes being directly contracted with Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Senior Executive Assistant to a large design firm. Julie received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications focusing on Public Relations with double minors in Sociology and Psychology from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University in 2005. Her graduate school studies were received at George Fox University with emphasis on Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Julie’s devotion and energy is helping others achieve their potential. She serves as Mentorship Chair of the President’s Council for the Portland Business Alliance (PBA), is on the Board of Directors of Leadership Beaverton; a division of the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce, and is a Founding Member of the Oregon Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Julie is recognized nationally as a past candidate for “Woman of the Year” in 2018 for her work with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, awarded “Volunteer of the Year” from the Portland Business Alliance, and is an active fundraiser for National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI) and Alzheimer’s Association.

Julie understands our clinical focus is to help our patients find top quality care. Her personal focus is to make the administrative part of the process as simple, understandable, and predictable as possible.
