This group promotes growth in speech and language ability by building vocabulary and language skills necessary for communication and learning. In this language rich environment, children enjoy focused play with their peers with the benefits of learning turn-taking, sharing, giving and requesting. This group provides a sensory rich environment focused on hands on activities for learning early reading and literacy skills to prepare your child for kindergarten. Strategies and suggestions will be provided to parents to aid carry-over. The group is limited to 5 participants. This is not an insurance billable group. There is no credit for a missed group.
