Today is the eighth annual World Autism Awareness Day. World Autism Awareness Day aims to increase people’s awareness about individuals, especially children, with autism. The day often features educational events for teachers, healthcare workers and parents, as well as exhibitions showcasing work created by children with autism. Every year, autism organizations around the world celebrate the day with unique fundraising and awareness-raising events. How will you celebrate?
